Managers Meeting April 16,2014

April 20 Team sponsorship of $750 due
April 29 League fundraiser at LPK – Uptown (25% to league)
May 4 League party information due to Nick.
May 18 League fundraiser / party (location TBD)
May 23 $500 due for raffle
July 12 & 13 League tournament at the quad. Concessions by the league.
Managers were reminded that there is to be no drinking in the dugouts. If a player has been drinking too much they are not to play or be put on the roster. Reminder that the league has a code of conduct.
Nick will be doing a graphic for the LPK fundraiser on April 29th. Please share on your teams FB page and encourage your teams to participate. 25% of the days proceeds go to the League.
Chaseton will be adjusting the game schedule and adding rain out games at 4:00 p.m.
The team that sells the most raffle tickets will get a free bid (worth $450) to the Bourbon Street Classic.
The Council voted to approve that the winners of the New Orleans league tournament will get free bids to the Bourbon Street Classic.
A review of the hotel situation was discussed (see above).
Chaseton suggested a league clean-up day at the quad for a third field. The park would have to approve it.
